Nearly Two Decades of Solving Security Problems
THE TECHNOLOGY HAS CHANGED. THE JOB HASN'T.
TechnologyOne has been protecting businesses, properties and communities since 2007.
We started where many professional security integrators start: listening to customers, understanding what they needed to see and protect, and designing reliable video surveillance systems around those requirements.
Over the years, cameras became smarter. Video moved to the cloud. AI changed how recorded video could be searched and how events could be detected. Cellular technology made remote locations reachable.
But customers kept presenting us with a harder problem:
WHAT IF THE PLACE THAT NEEDS PROTECTION DOESN'T HAVE POWER, INTERNET OR PERMANENT INFRASTRUCTURE?
That question changed the direction of TechnologyOne.
From Security Systems to Remote Deployments
THE CAMERA WAS ONLY PART OF THE PROBLEM.
Putting a camera on a building is relatively straightforward.
Putting professional surveillance at a remote location creates an entirely different challenge.
How do you power it?
How do you connect it?
How do you record it?
How do you remotely manage it?
How do you move it when the mission changes?
TechnologyOne began bringing those pieces together.
Solar generation.
Battery storage.
Cellular communications.
Professional cameras.
Remote video platforms.
Remote system management.
And a portable enclosure that could bring all of it to the location.
That became BlueBox™.
WE DIDN'T SET OUT TO BUILD A BOX. WE SET OUT TO PUT PROFESSIONAL SURVEILLANCE WHERE IT WAS NEEDED.
BlueBox™
BUILT FROM A REAL-WORLD NEED.
BlueBox was developed as TechnologyOne's portable surveillance platform for locations where conventional camera infrastructure was difficult, expensive or simply unavailable.
Instead of requiring the site to provide power and network connectivity, BlueBox brings those capabilities with it.
Today BlueBox configurations can support:
BlueBox has grown beyond an enclosure into a broader public-safety and remote-security platform that can include mobile trailers, checkpoints and temporary public-safety stations.
Then We Realised the Same Problem Exists Everywhere
DIFFERENT MISSIONS. THE SAME FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM.
Law enforcement isn't the only industry that needs technology where infrastructure doesn't exist.
Emergency managers need eyes on remote hazards.
Fire departments need situational awareness.
Utilities operate critical assets miles from conventional infrastructure.
Construction companies need security, communications and access control on sites that change every week.
Workers need cooling and support where there isn't a permanent building.
Remote operations still need power and connectivity.
TechnologyOne's answer was to take the same core philosophy behind BlueBox and configure it around different missions.

WE DON'T NEED TO FORCE EVERY CUSTOMER INTO THE SAME BOX.
TechnologyOne is a solution provider and systems integrator.
We work with professional equipment, software and infrastructure from multiple technology partners and configure those components around the customer's requirements.
That allows us to evaluate the mission first and then select the appropriate:
TechnologyOne can support professional platforms including Alarm.com and OpenEye, along with other project-specific integrations where appropriate.
THE CUSTOMER SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHICH PIECES WORK TOGETHER. THAT'S OUR JOB.
Powered. Connected. Deployable.
THE SITE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE READY FOR THE TECHNOLOGY.

INFRASTRUCTURE
IF THE INFRASTRUCTURE ISN'T THERE, WE FIND A WAY TO BRING IT.
From One Camera to an Entire Remote Operation
START WITH THE MISSION. SCALE THE SOLUTION.
TechnologyOne projects don't have to start with a large system.
A deployment may be:
One remote camera.
One BlueBox.
A PTZ overlooking a critical area.
Several coordinated portable systems.
A mobile surveillance trailer.
A connected gate and guard station.
Or a larger deployment combining surveillance, power, communications, environmental monitoring and field infrastructure.
ONE CAMERA OR AN ENTIRE DEPLOYMENT — THE DESIGN STARTS WITH WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO ACCOMPLISH.
BlueMap™
PLAN FIRST. DEPLOY SECOND.
TechnologyOne uses BlueMap™ as part of our internal deployment-planning process.
It helps us evaluate sites, camera locations, viewing directions, fields of view, distances, coverage and proposed equipment placement before equipment arrives.
The customer doesn't need to become a surveillance-system designer.
SHOW US THE SITE. TELL US WHAT YOU NEED TO SEE. WE'LL HELP PLAN THE DEPLOYMENT.
BlueMap is TechnologyOne's internal planning process. Customers do not receive BlueMap software access.

THE SALE ISN'T THE END OF THE JOB.
Nearly two decades in the security business has taught us that sophisticated equipment doesn't mean much if nobody answers the phone when something goes wrong.
TechnologyOne supports customers before, during and after deployment.

Missouri Roots. Nationwide Capability.
BASED IN MISSOURI. BUILT TO GO ANYWHERE.
TechnologyOne is based in Missouri and serves customers nationwide.
The strength is the combination:
Nearly two decades of experience.
Personal involvement.
Professional technology.
Nationwide deployment capability.
What Makes TechnologyOne Different?
WE START WITH THE PROBLEM.
Not a predetermined piece of equipment.
WE UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
Cameras, power, networking, software and remote management.
WE CAN GO WHERE INFRASTRUCTURE CAN'T.
Solar, battery and flexible communications open up locations conventional systems can't easily reach.
WE AREN'T LOCKED INTO ONE FORM FACTOR.
Fixed, portable, trailer, pole, checkpoint or site station.
WE SUPPORT WHAT WE DEPLOY.
TechnologyOne remains involved after the equipment is operating.
WE KEEP BUILDING.
BlueBox led to RedBox and YellowBox because customer problems don't stop at the edge of traditional video surveillance.
Tell Us the Mission.
Maybe it's one camera overlooking a remote property.
Maybe it's surveillance for a police department.
Maybe it's an intelligent construction entrance.
Maybe it's wildfire observation miles from the nearest network connection.
Maybe it's a mobile trailer, temporary guard station or solar-powered cooling station.
You don't have to know which product you need.
TELL TECHNOLOGYONE WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH.
WE'LL HELP FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT THE TECHNOLOGY THERE.
